We want to deliver a quality&
professional (many times handmade) product for you to enjoy. Most of our
products are vintage, aged, handmade, one of a kinds and will have
small imperfections. We believe in honesty and full disclosure. Please
check pictures carefully and email us with any concerns. Most items are
sold "as is" and prefer to be non-refundable, please buy wisely. We
don't claim to be perfect, but we want to run this business as
professionally as possible
Communications:
We want to help make your shopping
experience with us a successful, easy and pleasant one. Once you have
decided on your purchase , we will communicate to you within 12-24 hours
or sooner on your shipping costs and estimated time of mailing. We
prefer paypal and are verified, we feel it is a secure way for you to
make a successful payment. We expect payment within 48 hours and if you
are doing a money order they are gladly accepted too, please mail
promptly so we receive it in 7 days. If we do not hear from you within a
week we may have to put item back up for sale, we prefer a successful
purchase, however we know life doesn't always go as planned! so please
keep us informed on your plans.
Shipping:
We will be more than happy to combine
items to save you money on shipping, feel free to shop all you desire!
We ship usps and UPS and sometimes Fed Ex Ground, depending on size. We
prefer to use priority, especially for glass items, it's less travel
time. Insurance is optional, but preferred, just know we are not
responsible for lost packages or damage. We have a great track record of
over 600 shippings so we know to overpackage , it is much easier to do
so than to try and collect insurance. There are no handling fees, once
in awhile we need to charge at our cost for bubble wrap. Please allow up
to 48 hours for purchase to be processed, packaged and shipped.
